SPACE ODDITY

It's the 30th anniversary of the greatest movie franchise that ever was (at least in my opinion). Star Wars. The same day today in 1977, the lives of people were changed with the first screening of Star Wars.

Back in 1977, I was a 3 year old. My mom took me to Rizal theater in Makati to watch Star Wars. I was hooked since then. Today I've seen all six movies over a hundred times. I read the novels and comics, collected the toys, and in general gotten into anything that's Star Wars.

After 30 years I'm glad to know that the saga is not dead. With George Lucas coming up with more Star Wars, I'll be a happy camper for the next couple of years.
